Eliminating hunger in our world isn't just about producing more food. It's about providing nutritious food. We need to move the conversation beyond quantity to quality. Take a moment to look at this chart:
This comes from a recent article on 'Our World in Data' that is worth taking the time to read. In many countries (especially in Africa and South Asia), 90%+ of the population cannot afford a healthy diet. This is simply unacceptable.
