Where are we now with fintech?

I bring it up because I'd love to see how things have played out over the past two-and-a-half years. Last year's pandemic obviously had a major impact on the world, including every sector in the economy. Does anyone happen to know how it affected fintech? Did the increase in pressure and competition lead to any players falling out of the race? Have new companies taken their spots? Has anyone seen an updated trends presentation that takes last year into account?
